IAN DRAKE CONSTRUCTION

Many different types of new construction projects can be undetaken. Recently, Ian Drake Construction project-managed a large double garage, advising the clients on all aspects of the build.

Ian Drake Construction can provide all parts of a build, including digging of foundations, brick-laying, electrical installation, plastering and roofing services. The construction of the garage below is due to be completed shortly, totalling a build time from start to finish of seven weeks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Week Three - the concrete floor has been laid using specialist equipment, with part of the blockwork complete.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Week Five - main sides of the structure are complete, with scaffolding in place and roofing trusses installed. In the coming weeks, the roof slate will be added, with the final electrics for the door installed.
