Prior to the work being carried out, the site contained old paving slabs, pipework and other services. These were all removed correctly and the area made safe.
On completion of the job, concrete and other ground waste have been removed. The surface has been levelled with a digger, topsoil introduced and lawn seed sown to encourage new grass.
The works were completed in under a week.
